    Comfortable room with a beautiful view.

    The advertised 5-star experience was a letdown. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, disappointing compared to other hotels in India. The electronic light controls were frustrating and not user-friendly, and the bathroom light sensor was intrusive at night. The limited water supply was inconvenient, and the check-out process was unnecessarily lengthy.

    Location: the hotel was adjacent to mountains meets the clouds making the temperature pleasant as well as a multi cuisine restaurant. The service was excellent, including an awesome and sumptuous breakfast with the parents with decibels to match, omelette, fresh juices.

    And let me tell ya, the food at the restaurant was really good, fresh and so tasty that we couldn't get enough!

    It wasn't cheap, but still worth it for the experience.

    The views from the room were amazing, and the pools were super chill, especially the adults-only one. The staff was super helpful too, especially with organizing tours. Just wish the cake I ordered wasn't marked up so much though.

    That was well-maintained hotel set in picture perfect area, right by the sightseeing attractions in Munnar, the Aimie restaurant, and Munnar. Loved how the deluxe queen room with balcony was arranged when we arrived. No complaint, the venue met requirements, do recommend it.

    great experience with a few minor hiccups

    We were warmly welcomed by the staff when we arrived late at night, great to rest comfortably in the lobby until our room was ready. The rooms were spacious with fine views of the pool and lush hills. We loved the rooftop pool with a fantastic atmosphere, but it seemed to be in need of some updates. The breakfast buffet featured an array of delicious Indian dishes that appealed to our family's tastes, and we especially enjoyed the garden view while dining.

    I enjoyed fine views from my Beautiful Double Room. The two pools were well maintained and offered a relaxing vibe. The breakfast spread was excellent, with many tasty options. Staff were attentive. Truly a great experience 🌄

    Amazing staff made it nice

    Waking up to fine views from my Beautiful Double Room was a delight. The infinity pool was relaxing and the breakfast spread was deliciously varied.
